Alguns dirão que são apenas palavras, mas as palavras têm força, e se são ditas na ocasião que o foram deviam valer como «lei». Referimo-nos ao excerto seguinte do «President Obama’s second inaugural speech» que não pode ser ignorado pelo ISCAL É VERDE:
